Has my order been sent?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Some orders will come from our warehouses in Australia, others during busy periods will come from our supply center in China. The exact delivery time will depend on location of delivery and which of our warehouses the product is being sent from. For more information of the exact shipping times see our Shipping Policy

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?

No excess taxes are charged on any orders. All taxes are encompassed in the product cost. The price you see is the price you get..

Can I change or cancel or return my order?

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order contact us and we will do our best we can to help out. We have a 30 day return policy, so if there is something wrong with your order let us know. You can see our refund policy or contact us for more information.
